Click here to view the Bergen Evening Record article dated Wednesday March 18, 1942, which lists Louis Cinque of 143 Berry Street Hackensack with number 359 being tagged for Army service. This name does not appear on the Original Wall Unit and I do not know if he was called to active service at this present time. This was the first report I have seen in the newspapers telling of the draft. Written by: |
